Our Story

2023 — The Problem

Our founder spent hours writing proposals on Upwork every week — often getting no response. After losing dozens of bids despite being highly qualified, the frustration was real. There had to be a better way.

2024 — The Idea

We started experimenting with AI-generated proposals, testing dozens of prompts and formats. The results were surprising — personalized, well-structured AI proposals consistently outperformed manually written ones. We knew we were onto something.

2025 — The Launch

Resume Mega Ai launched publicly with two core tools: an AI Proposal Generator and an ATS Resume Checker. Within weeks, thousands of freelancers and job seekers were using it to land more work with less effort.

2026 — Today

We now serve over 12,000 users across 50+ countries. We're continuously improving our tools based on real user feedback, adding new features, and expanding our library of career resources and guides.
